Description The Matchprint™ Model 2635 Proofer features an automated laminator and processor in a single unit for making Matchprint™ III single-sheet color proofs with an image area up to 14 inches by 19 inches (356 mm by 483 mm). The maximum proof size accomodates a 2-page spread with gutter and bleeds. The system includes a cabinet that serves as a stand for the laminator/processor. The cabinet has storage drawers and a cart that contains the developer, water recirculating and waste systems. The cart rolls out for easy access. A control panel allows the operator to perform a variety of functions automatically. Laminator The laminator is compact and easy to operate. The laminator uses heat and pressure to bond individual Matchprint™ color proofing films to a base sheet to produce a single-sheet proof. Processor The processor develops and dries Matchprint™ III and Color-Key™ III color proofing materials. The processor uses water-based developer and is designed to provide consistent proof development and low processor maintenance. No external plumbing is necessary. The self-contained, water recirculating system features a reusable filter. Dimensions: Model 2635 Proofer
